Online videos of the 114 youth conferences

A series of videos of the 114 youth conferences held worldwide this year from July to October have been posted on the Baha’i World News Service website. The videos feature a number of youth who participated in the conferences convened by the Universal House of Justice — the international governing body of the Baha’i community — describing their experiences and the spirit of the events that took place in diverse settings around the globe.

The videos, in which a number of youth speak about the themes of the conferences, give us an indication of the scope of the movement created by these events. They can be viewed at news.bahai.org/community-news/youth-conferences/video. The themes are: a twofold moral purpose, how to contribute to a better society, coherence, friendship and mutual support, and the creation of a new civilisation.

Short videos that give a glimpse of the atmosphere and diversity of the conferences, which were held on every continent, are accessible at news.bahai.org/community-news/youth-conferences/video-glimpses. They include videos of the Montréal and Toronto conferences — two of the three that took place in Canada. The third was held in Vancouver.

Tens of thousands of youth participated in the conferences and reflected on the decisive contribution to the betterment of society made by young people all over the world.
